In the field of renewable energy we cooperate with many firms which design and produce systems to termic utilization of hazardous and community waste, where the waste is fuel. The energetic system with the waste heat boiler enables to reuse the part of energy contained in waste. Community waste is a fuel, which is characterized by 7-10 MJ/kg caloricity. The caloricity of medical waste is 25-30 MJ/kg.
Activity of these firms protects natural environment and implemented technologies fulfil of the valid in Poland EU directives.
The technology of hazardous and community waste thermal utilization applied by firms, which we cooperate allows to utilize from 400 kg to 120 ton of waste per day.

Waste Utilization Process

Waste utilization process is realized in two stages:

  • he first stage is waste substance gasification in a pushing chamber, which enables to keep the utilization process constantly 24 hours per day, which means decreasing in the running costs. There's no need to heat and cool the installation every day in order to handle the ash from gasification chamber.
  • The second stage is burning resultant gases in after-combustion chamber (thermoreactor). Gases combustion proceeds in specific thermal regime (50oC for community waste and 1100oC for hazardous waste with regard for increased amount of chlorine). Exhaust gases are directing to the waste heat boiler and next to the flue-gas cleaning system. The waste heat boiler enables to recover the enclosed in waste energy and to utlity purpose it is possible to recover and reuse about 70% of this energy as the hot water or process steam. There is a possibility of using of the steam turbine and current generator.

In the similar way is doing the hazardous waste (medical waste too) disposal.
The systems we offer are equipped with the constant exhaust gases monitoring system. Process parameters are currently monitoring and gathering.

Magnetic Development Inc.

One of the companies we cooperate with is incorporated in the State of Connecticut with 1984 Magnetic Development Inc. Initially, the company was engaged in engineering and nondestructive testing services and in development and manufacturing of electromagnetic and ultrasonic test equipment.
The present mission of this company is to develop novel technologies for refrigeration, air-conditioning and alternative energy. Our research brings more efficient designs for geothermal heat pumps, refrigeration systems and solar installations.
